I bought these paper mache letters several years ago thinking they'd be a quick project. Nope! It took me so long to decide how to paint them, then it took so long! I painted each side in different patterns, even on the insides of the letters and tops and bottoms! With all the different patterns, you could change them up several times during the Christmas season. Each letter measures 4" tall and a little over 1.25" thick. The H's are 3.25" wide and the O's are 3.5" wide.
